I have a friend in Greece who is a priest. Sometimes I go to visit Father George. Whenever I say goodbye, he says to me: “Now you take care of yourself!”. 

Taking care of yourself is extremely important as a business owner. You can’t expect success and a healthily running business if you are not physically and mentally healthy yourself.
