8.4.1. Importance of Enough Sleep

I’ve never been a good sleeper. My friends could never understand why I didn’t like sleeping either. The truth is that for some strange reason I didn’t like it, as I could never remember when I actually fell asleep. Getting good sleep is vital for your health and also for your productivity. I have started tracking my sleep with an application on my phone, something I find both interesting and useful.
